Patrick Taaffe
Patrick Taaffe is a traveling boxing and fitness trainer. He has been
passionate about boxing, health and fitness all of his life. He has been an
avid student of the sport of boxing for over 20 years.
His training and evolution as a fighter began at the world famous
Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, NY under Empire Sporting Club. Patrick has
competed in numerous amateur tournaments and one night shows. He
transitioned to a professional boxer in 2008. However, his debut was put
to a halt secondary to unfortunate circumstances.
Patrick has sparred with several well known and accomplished boxing
professionals. He has trained and sparred with former two time world
champion Paul Malignaggi, two time world champion Joan Guzman,
former world champion Vivian Harris, former super-welterweight
champion Yuri Foreman, two time USBA champion Raul Frank,
middleweight contender John Duddy, lightweight contender Michael
Katsidis, super middleweight contender Yusaf Mack and an ongoing
list of other major contenders.
Today, Patrick channels that high-level experience into helping clients build real boxing skill, strength, and confidence through authentic, fight-tested training.
